Product Description
The ADUCM322BBCZI is a fully integrated, single-package device with integrated high-performance analogue peripherals and digital peripherals controlled by an 80 MHz ARM® Cortex™-M3 processor and integrated Flash memory for code and data.
The ADUCM322BBCZI's built-in ADC is capable of 12-bit, 1 MSPS data acquisition over up to 16 input pins. In addition, chip temperature and supply voltage can be measured.
The ADC input voltage range is from 0 V to VREF, and a sequencer allows the user to select a group of ADC channels to be measured sequentially without software intervention. The sequence can be selected to repeat automatically at a user-selected rate. Up to 8 VDACs are provided and the output range can be programmed to one of two voltage ranges.
It can be configured so that its digital and analogue outputs retain their output voltages through a watchdog or software reset sequence. As a result, the product continues to operate even if it is being reset.
The ADUCM322BBCZI features a low-power ARM Cortex-M3 processor and a 32-bit RISC machine with peak performance up to 100 MIPS. two 128 kB Flash/EE memory modules and 32 kB SRAM are also integrated on-chip. the Flash memory consists of two independent 128 kB modules, which allows one Flash module to execute the program while the other Flash module writes/writes.
