CYPD3171-24LQXQ Device Description:

The Cypress EZ-PD™ CCG3PA USB Type-C controller is a highly integrated, single-chip solution with Power Delivery (PD) functionality.The EZ-PD CCG3PA is ideally suited for use in power adapters, mobile phone chargers, car chargers, and mobile power supplies.The CCG3PA supports downstream ports (DFPs), upstream ports (UFPs), and dual role ports (DRP) and fully supports the Power Supply 3.0 programmable power specification. Integrated safety measures include VBUS to CC short circuit protection, 30V withstand regulator, high voltage PFET gate driver, VBUS overvoltage and overcurrent protection, and ESD protection.
