The DPS368XTSA1 Digital XENSIV™ pressure sensor is designed for extreme water, dust and moisture resistance in harsh environments. The DPS368 sensor is capable of measuring pressure and temperature with high accuracy and low current consumption. The pressure sensor element is based on the principle of capacitive sensing and maintains high accuracy during temperature changes.

An internal signal processor converts the output of the pressure and temperature sensor elements into 24-bit results. Each unit is calibrated individually and the calibration factor calculated during this process is stored in the calibration register. These coefficients can be used in applications to convert measurements into high precision pressure and temperature values. FIFO can store up to 32 measurements, reducing the host processor polling rate.

The DPS368 comes in a small package, making it ideal for use in mobile applications and wearables.

• Average current consumption at 1Hz sampling rate is 1.7µA (pressure measurement) and standby current is 0.5µA
