Introduction
The SLG59M1717V is A high performance 4 mΩ, 5 A single-channel nFET load switch powered from 2.5V to 5.5V and rated in the -40 °C to 85 °C industrial temperature range. Designed for all 0.8V to 5.5V power rail applications.
The SLG59M1717V has an adjustable surge current control function, which is achieved by adjusting the VOUT conversion rate using an external capacitor. The SLG59M1717V features a proprietary MOSFET design for a stable 4 mΩ RDSON over a wide input/supply voltage range.
The SLG59M1717V also incorporates resistor adjustable current limiting and thermal protection. The device uses Renesas' proprietary CuFET™ technology for high-current operation in a space-saving, low-thermal resistance, RoHS-compliant 1.6mm x 2.5mm STQFN package.
