MAX6823WUK Description:
The MAX6823 is a low-voltage microprocessor (µP) monitoring circuit that integrates voltage monitoring, watchdog timer, and manual reset inputs in a 5-pin SOT23 package. Microprocessor monitoring circuits significantly improve system reliability and accuracy compared to individual ics or discrete components.
Each time the monitored voltage drops below its preset threshold, these devices set the reset signal and hold the signal on set for the shortest timeout period after the VCC rises above the threshold. In addition, the watchdog timer monitors for code execution errors. Manual reset with debuffing is also available.
The MAX6823 has a manual reset input and a watchdog timer. The device also has a push-pull/low-level active RESET.
