Device Overview

The FAN53870UC00X is a low Iq PMIC for mobile power applications such as camera modules. The PMIC contains two very low dropout 1A LDOs that are guaranteed to operate from input voltages as low as 1.0V to improve system efficiency. The three LDOs are designed to support ultra-low noise and high PSRR for camera analogue loads and can also be used to power RF circuits.

The FAN53870UC00X includes two additional 300mA LDOs for superior performance. Each LDO has two I2C settable overcurrent protection (OCP) levels and four different de-jitter timer settings. Each power input has its own undervoltage level output (UVLO) detection circuitry, and the LDOs operate independently of the VIN state of the other LDOs. An interrupt pin is provided to alert the system in the event of an OCP, UVLO, over-temperature (OT), or output under-voltage (UV).
