The DLPC23STZDQRQ1 DLP® in-Vehicle DMD is part of the DLP5530S-Q1 chipset for in-vehicle display applications with functional safety requirements.

The DLP5530S-Q1 chipset includes a 0.55-inch DMD and TPS99000S-Q1 system management and lighting controller. DMD integrates an embedded processor with Error code correction (SECDED ECC) for host control, real-time feedback, on-chip diagnostics, and system monitoring. Includes an on-chip SRAM, eliminating the need for external DRAM. These DMDS, combined with the TPS99000S-Q1, provide high dynamic range dimming in excess of 5000:1 for HUD applications. The Sub-LVDS 600MHz DMD interface enables high DMD refresh rates, producing seamless, gorgeous digital images while reducing radiation emission.


The DLPC230S-Q1 DMD meets the AEC-Q100 standard for automotive applications. The DLPC23STZDQRQ1 DMD can be used in digital trunking, navigation, infotainment windscreen systems, and wide field of view and augmented reality head-up displays (HUD).

Supports double or quadruple pixels for low resolution video input

Gamma correction

No external RAM required; The internal SRAM is used for image processing

600MHz low-power, low-radiation Sub-LVDS DMD interface

Embedded processor with error correction (ECC)

On-chip diagnostic and self-test functions

System diagnostics, including temperature monitoring, device interface monitoring and photodiode monitoring

Smooth dimming integrated management
