Overview:

The CC3351ENJARSBR is a SimpleLink dual-band (2.4GHz and 5GHz) Wi-Fi 6 and low-power Bluetooth companion IC. The SimpleLink Wi-Fi CC33xx family of devices is economical and reliable, enabling engineers to connect more applications with confidence. The CC33xx is a single-chip Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth Low Energy 5.4 device. The CC3351 is the first dual-band device in this pin-to-pin compatible family.

The CC335x offers Wi-Fi 6 and BLE, while remaining compatible with Wi-Fi 4 (802.11a /b/g/n) and Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac). These CC335x devices are the 10th generation of connected combo chips from Texas Instruments (TI). Therefore, the CC335x is based on proven technology. These devices are ideal for cost-sensitive embedded applications equipped with Linux or RTOS hosts running TCP/IP. The CC335x brings the efficient performance of Wi-Fi 6 to embedded device applications for the Internet of Things (IoT), with a small PCB package size and a highly optimized bill of materials.
