Description

R9A09G077M44GBG is a high-performance microprocessor (MPU) from Renesas Electronics, part of the RZ/T2H series. Designed for industrial automation and high-end applications, this MPU integrates powerful application processing functions and high-precision real-time control performance.


Core Features

Processor Cores: The R9A09G077M44GBG is equipped with a quad-core ARM® Cortex®-A55 processor operating at up to 1.2GHz and a two-core ARM® Cortex®-R52 processor operating at up to 1.0GHz.

Memory Configuration: Each Cortex-R52 core has 576KB of tightly coupled memory (with ECC) and 2MB of built-in RAM (with ECC).

Networking capabilities: This MPU is equipped with a three-port Gigabit Ethernet switch with Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) support and three Ethernet GMACs that support a wide range of industrial Ethernet protocols, such as EtherCAT®, PROFINET® RT/IRT, EtherNet/IP™, and more.

Motor Control: The R9A09G077M44GBG is capable of controlling up to 9-axis motors with 16 encoder interfaces supporting a wide range of encoders such as A-format™, EnDat, BiSS®, HIPERFACE® DSL, FA-CODER and more.

Package type: 729-pin FCBGA package for space-constrained applications.

Operating Voltage: 0.8V for core, 1.1V for DDR, 1.8V for PLL, OSC, USB I/O, and 3.3V for GPIO, xSPI, RMII, MII.

Operating Temperature Range: Capable of operating over a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C to meet the requirements of industrial grade applications.
