Product Details:

The AD9363BBCZ is a high-performance, highly integrated RF agile transceiver designed for 3G and 4G femtocellular applications. The device's programmability and broadband capabilities make it ideal for a variety of transceiver applications. The device combines an RF front end with a flexible mixed-signal baseband component and integrates a frequency synthesizer to provide a configurable digital interface to the processor, simplifying design import. The AD9363 operates in the 325 MHz to 3.8 GHz frequency range, covering most of the licensed and unlicensed bands. Supported channel bandwidths range from below 200 kHz to 20 MHz.


Two independent direct conversion receivers have excellent noise figures and linearity. Each Rx subsystem has independent automatic gain control (AGC), DC offset correction, orthogonal correction, and digital filtering capabilities, eliminating the need to provide these capabilities in the digital baseband. The AD9363 also features a flexible manual gain mode that supports external control.
