Product Description:

The TMS5700432BPZQQ1R device is a high performance automotive grade microcontroller for safety systems. The safety architecture includes two CPUs in lockstep, CPU and memory BIST logic, ECC on flash and data SRAM, parity on peripheral memory, and loopback on peripheral I/O.


The TMS5700432BPZQQ1R device integrates the ARM Cortex-R4 CPU, which offers efficient performance of 1.66 DMIPS/MHz and can operate at up to 80 MHz, providing up to 132 DMIPS of computing power. The device supports the Big End Order (BE32) format.


The TMS5700432BPZQQ1R device features 384KB and 256KB of integrated Flash memory and 32KB of data RAM respectively, both with single-bit error correction and double-bit error detection. The Flash memory on the device is an electrically erasable and programmable non-volatile memory implemented via a 64-bit wide data bus interface. The Flash memory is fully read, programmed and erased using a 3.3V supply input voltage (the same level as the I/O supply). In pipeline mode, the Flash operates at a system clock frequency of 80 MHz, and the SRAM supports single-cycle read and write accesses in byte, half-word, word and double-word modes over the entire supported frequency range.


The TMS5700432BPZQQ1R device features a Next Generation High End Timer (N2HET) timing co-processor for real-time control applications, including up to 19 I/O terminals and a 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) in a 100-pin package supporting 16 inputs.
