The STM32L412RBI6 microcontroller is based on a new ultra-low power platform with FlexPowerControl functionality. It extends the flexibility to reach optimized power consumption. STM32L4 outperforms the market in the area of ultra-low power consumption with an EEMBC ULPBench score of 150 ULPBench™-CP.

It offers up to 2 megabytes of flash memory (dual banks) and up to 640,000 bytes of SRAM. it delivers 100DMIPS/273 CoreMark thanks to the 80MHz ST ART Accelerator™. the performance of the entire system is optimised with a multi-AHB bus matrix and DMA controller.
