Product Overview:

The LMS8117ADTX-3.3/NOPB device is a low voltage drop regulator with a voltage drop of 1.25V at a load current of 1a. The device offers a 3.3V fixed voltage option.

The LMS8117A provides current limiting and heat shutoff. The device circuit includes a Zener filter bandgap reference to ensure that the output voltage accuracy is within ±1%.

LMS8117ADTX-3.3/NOPB is available in TO-252 D-PAK package. A 10µF(minimum) tantalum capacitor is required for the output to improve transient response and stability.
