The Renesas Electronics RA2L1 32-bit microcontroller cluster features ultra-low power consumption with a power-efficient 48MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 CPU, including enhanced peripherals. the RA2L1 MCU operates with power consumption as low as 64uA/MHz in active mode and 250nA in software standby mode. the device uses 48MHz Arm Cortex-M23 CPU, enhanced capacitive touch sensing unit, 32-bit timer, 12-bit ADC and CAN for high level of integration.

The Renesas RA2L1 32-bit microcontroller cluster is simple to use, has free HAL driver code and supports development tools (e2studio, Segger J-link, E2/E2 Lite). The device features a ±1.0% high accuracy internal oscillator, a wide voltage range from 1.6V to 5.5V, high current drive and an IO port that can tolerate 5V, thus achieving a low BOM cost.

The RA2L1 MCU has a pin count of 48 to 100.
