Description:

The STM32H753IIK6 and STM32H753IIT6 STM32H7 MCUs support a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) for enhanced application security.


The MCUs feature high-speed embedded memory with up to 2MB of dual-zone Flash, 1 MB of RAM (including 192 KB of TCM RAM, 864 KB of user SRAM and 4 KB of backup SRAM). In addition, the device features a variety of enhanced I/O and peripherals connected to the APB bus, AHB bus, 2x32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix, and a multi-layer AXI interconnect supporting internal and external memory access.

Supports single access to one cache line from 256-bit embedded flash; up to 400 MHz, MPU, 856 DMIPS/2.14 DMIPS/MHz (Dhrystone 2.1) and DSP instructions

Memory

Up to 2Mbyte Flash with simultaneous read/write capability

1MB of RAM: 192KB of TCM RAM (including 64KB of ITCM RAM + 128KB of DTCM RAM for storing time-sensitive critical programs or data), 864KB of user SRAM, and 4KB of backup domain SRAM

Dual-mode Quad-SPI memory interface running at up to 133MHz

Flexible external memory controller with up to 32-bit data bus: SRAM, PSRAM, SDRAM/LPSDR SDRAM, NOR/NAND Flash clocked at up to 133MHz in synchronous mode
