Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. supplies imported original TI power management TPS22976DPUR with adjustable rise time and optional output discharge function 2-channel, 5.7V, 6A, 14mΩ load switch.


TPS22976DPUR Product Description:

The TPS22976DPUR devices are both turn-on controlled, two-channel load switches. The devices contain two N-channel MOSFETs that can operate over the 0.6V to 5.7V input voltage range and can support up to 6A continuous current per channel. Each switch can be independently controlled by an ON/OFF input (ON1 and ON2) which can be directly connected to a low voltage control signal. The switch will turn on again when the junction temperature stabilises within a safe range. The TPS22976 also includes an optional 230Ω on-chip load resistor for fast output discharge when this switch is switched off.
