Product description:

The ADC32RF80IRMPT is a family of 14-bit 3GSPS dual-channel telecom receiver and feedback devices that support RF sampling at input frequencies up to 4 GHz and beyond.

The ADC32RF80IRMPT supports a JESD204B serial interface with subclass 1 deterministic delay based data rates up to 12.5Gbps with up to four channels per ADC. The device is available in a 72-pin VQFN package (10mm × 10mm) and supports an industrial grade temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
