Mingjiada supplies the new original MBI5253GFN-A 16-channel PWM constant current LED driver designed for LED video applications, using internal pulse width modulation (PWM) control with 14-bit/13-bit colour depth selection.


The MB5253 features a 16-bit shift register that converts serial input data into a gray level per pixel for the output port. 16 regulated current ports are designed to provide a uniform and constant current sink for driving LEDs with a wide range of VF variations.

3V to 5.5V supply voltage

16 constant current output channels

Constant output current range:

-0.5~20mA@5V power supply voltage

-0.5~15mA@3.3V power supply voltage

Excellent output current accuracy:

Between channels: <±2.5% (max)

Between ICs: <±3% (max)

Digital power-on reset

Built-in 16K-bit SRAM, supports time multiplexing of 1~32 scans

14-bit/13-bit colour depth PWM control for improved visual refresh rate
