The LAN9693-V/3KWVAO Ethernet switching chip adopts a 1GHz single-core Arm® Cortex®-A53 CPU, featuring multi-gigabit capabilities and a bandwidth range of 102 Gbps. Advanced Time-Sensitive Networks (TSN) are designed to meet the requirements of precise timing and reliability for applications such as advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS).

In addition, the LAN9693-V/3KWVAO switching chip supports ASIL B functional safety and AEC-Q100 automotive certification standards, providing high reliability and safety for automotive applications. These devices are optimized for systems with small embedded memory space, featuring a secure and fast startup function. They execute code using integrated ECC SRAM without the need for expensive external DDR memory.
