The CM200TX-24T is a T-series IGBT module launched by Mitsubishi Electric, featuring an NX-type package (welded terminals) and integrating six IGBT units (6-PAC) internally. It is suitable for applications such as industrial variable frequency drives, servo drives, and new energy power generation.

The CM200TX-24T incorporates the 7th-generation CSTBT™ (Carrier Storage Trench Gate Bipolar Transistor) and RFC diodes, significantly reducing switching losses and conduction losses while optimising EMI noise, making it suitable for high-efficiency, high-reliability power electronic systems.
