The CM450DE-90X is a 4.5kV/450A IGBT power module launched by Mitsubishi Electric, belonging to the HV100 package series. It adopts a dual-unit topology structure and is suitable for high-power applications such as railways, medium-voltage drives, and power systems. The module incorporates the latest-generation X-series chipset (including CSTBT™(III) and RFC diodes), offering low loss, high switching speed, and excellent robustness, and utilizes an MCB substrate to significantly enhance power density and thermal management capabilities.
