The CM200DX-24S is an IGBT power module in the NX series launched by Mitsubishi Electric. It adopts a half-bridge topology and is suitable for applications such as industrial variable frequency drives, servo drives, and new energy inverters. This module is based on sixth-generation IGBT silicon technology, optimising the balance between switching losses and conduction losses. It integrates an NTC thermistor for temperature monitoring, complies with RoHS lead-free standards, and has obtained UL1557 certification.
