The CM150TX-34T is a high-performance IGBT power module launched by Mitsubishi Electric, belonging to the T series. It adopts a 6-PACK (three-phase full bridge) topology structure and is suitable for high-power applications such as industrial variable frequency drives, new energy inverters, and servo drives. This module is based on advanced IGBT chip technology, offering 1700V voltage rating and 150A current carrying capacity, and features a low-inductance packaging design to optimise switching performance, making it suitable for high-frequency PWM control applications.
