The AGLN250V2-VQ100I is a single-chip solution that is reprogrammable with a variety of advanced features in a small footprint package. These FPGAs feature Flash* Freeze technology, which enables entry and exit from ultra-low-power modes by preserving SRAM and register data while achieving milli-micro power consumption. The technology also simplifies power management with I/O and clock management functions and allows for quick return to operating mode.The AGLN250V2-VQ100I also features non-volatile flash memory technology, which instantly enables secure, low-power single-chip solutions. These features allow designers to create high-density systems using existing ASIC or FPGA design flows and tools.The AGLN250V2-VQ100I features 1kb of on-chip, reprogrammable, non-volatile FlashROM memory, as well as integrated phase-locked-loop (PLL) based clock conditioning circuitry. These Flash FPGAs are ideally suited for consumer, industrial, communications, computing, networking, and avionics applications.
