The M2GL025-FGG484 integrates an industry-standard 4-input, look-up table (LUT)-based FPGA fabric with a maths block, multiple embedded memory blocks, and a high-performance SerDes communication interface on a single chip. Both families are the industry's most secure and reliable FPGAs thanks to low-power flash technology. these next-generation devices offer up to 150K logic elements, up to 5 MB of embedded RAM, up to 16 SerDes channels, up to 4 PCI Express Gen 2 endpoints, and integrated hard DDR3 memory controllers with error correction. the M2GL025-FGG484 integrates the entire 4-input, look-up table-based FPGA fabric with the industry-standard 4-input, look-up table-based FPGA fabric. The M2GL025-FGG484 integrates an entire low-power, real-time microcontroller subsystem (MSS), as well as a rich set of industry-standard peripherals, including a high-performance memory subsystem with on-chip integrated DDR3 Flash memory controller and error correction in the M2GL025-FGG484. The M2GL025-FGG484 also integrates a high-performance memory subsystem with on-chip Flash, 32 KB embedded SRAM and multiple DMA controllers.
