APF6-060-03.5-L-04-2-TR is 0.635 mm AcceleRate® HP Vertical, High-Performance Array Socket Board to Board Connectors.

These 0.635 mm pitch arrays feature extreme performance to 112 Gbps PAM4 and an open-pin-field design for grounding and routing flexibility. This cost-optimized solution features up to 800 total pins (roadmap to 1,000+) in a low 5 mm stack height (and up to 10 mm), with data rate compatibility to PCIe® 6.0/CXL® 3.2 and 100 GbE.
