The EP3C25Q240C8N has densities ranging from 5K to 200K logic elements (LEs), 0.5 Mbits to 8 Mbits of memory, and less than ¼ watt static power consumption. With less than ¼ Watt static power consumption, the Cyclone III device family makes it easy to meet power budgets. the EP3C25Q240C8N is the first device to implement a full suite of security features at the silicon, software, and intellectual property (IP) levels. This suite of security features protects IP from tampering, reverse engineering, and cloning. the EP3C25Q240C8N also supports design separation, enabling you to introduce redundancy in a single device. Introducing redundancy in a single chip reduces the size, weight, and power consumption of your application.
