The LPC54016JET180E 32-bit microcontroller combines a 180MHz Arm® Cortex®-M4 core with a power-efficient unique architecture, advanced HMI, and flexible communication peripherals to deliver real-time performance for next-generation IoT applications.The LPC54016JET180E features a Quad SPI Flash interface, CAN, graphical LCD, and up to 11 channels for FlexComm with up to 11 channels, providing great flexibility to adapt to changing requirements. Because of its compatibility, the LPC54016JET180E is able to provide a seamless migration path to increase processing power and add flexibility to other advanced peripherals.

The LPC54016JET180E features up to 360 KB of SRAM, a quad SPI flash interface, Ethernet support, a TFT LCD controller, and two CAN FD modules, and achieves the perfect balance of feature integration and power efficiency with 100 µA/MHz active mode current.
