S912ZVLA64F0CLF microcontroller is a series of 16-bit microcontrollers for vehicles, which adopts 180nm NVM+UHV technology and can integrate 40V analog components. This series has many characteristics of the existing S12 product series. The series is different from others in that it has an enhanced S12Z core and integrates a "high voltage" analog module, including a voltage regulator (VREG) and a local interconnection network (LIN) physical layer. S12ZVL series includes error correcting codes (ECC) on RAM, flash memory and EEPROM for diagnosis or data storage, a fast analog-to-digital converter and a frequency modulated phase locked loop (IPLL) that can improve EMC performance. S12ZVL series integrates several key system components into a single device, which optimizes the system architecture, saves a lot of space and brings the best solution.
