The FX32K144UAT0VLLT is an S32K1 series automotive grade microcontroller (MCU) based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4F core with up to 112MHz and a floating point unit (FPU), suitable for automotive electronics, industrial control and high-reliability embedded systems. The chip complies with AEC-Q100 Grade 1 standard, supports CAN FD, LIN, FlexIO and other communication interfaces, and provides a wealth of analogue and digital peripherals, which is suitable for body control, motor drive, battery management and other applications.
