Product Description

The MKW41Z512VHT4 is the Kinetis® KW41Z family of wireless microcontrollers (MCUs) based on the Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core and supporting dual-mode wireless connectivity (Bluetooth Low Power BLE 4.2 and IEEE 802.15.4) for low-power Internet of Things (IoT) and embedded wireless applications. The chip integrates 512KB Flash and 128KB SRAM and features a 48MHz high-performance Cortex-M0+ processor, making it suitable for smart home, wearables, medical monitoring and industrial sensor scenarios.
