The K32L2A31VLL1A microcontrollers (MCUs) feature a low-power Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core and a range of power-optimised integrated peripherals.The K32L2A31VLL1A is available with Flash memory options from 64KB to 512KB and SRAM options from 32kB to 128kB. The devices also feature high-precision mixed-signal integration, including a high-resolution 16-bit ADC with single-pair and differential-pair input mode options and a DMA-enabled 12-bit DAC, which relieves the core of its burden and allows it to perform other important tasks.

The K32L2A31VLL1A family also comes with a range of low-power serial peripherals (supporting asynchronous operation in low-power modes), SPI interfaces, I2C, USB Full Speed 2.0 (supporting crystal-less operation), the NXP FlexIO module (supporting emulation of additional UARTs, SPIs, I2Cs, and PWMs), and other serial modules. The device also integrates other features such as segmented LCD interfaces supporting up to 24x8 or 28x4 segments for different applications in the consumer, IoT and industrial sectors.
