The MKL27Z256VFM4R microcontrollers are pin-, software- and tool-compatible with all other Kinetis L MCU families and add a full-speed USB 2.0 On-The-Go (OTG) controller with integrated low-voltage regulator.The MKL27Z256VFM4R family is also compatible with the Kinetis K20 MCU family (based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor). The MKL27Z256VFM4R series is also compatible with the Kinetis K20 MCU series (based on the Arm® Cortex®-M4 processor), providing a migration path to higher performance and feature integration. The devices are available in a small form factor 5x5mm 32 QFN package with Flash capacities starting at 32KB and going up to 512KB in a 121 MBGA package. Each device combines ultra-low power performance with a rich set of analogue, communication, timing and control peripherals.
