The S9S12ZVLS3F0VFM microcontrollers are a family of automotive 16-bit microcontrollers featuring 180nm NVM + UHV technology with integrated 40V analogue components. The series has many of the features of the existing S12 product family. The series is differentiated by its enhanced S12Z core and integrated "high voltage" analogue modules, including voltage regulators (VREG) and a local interconnect network (LIN) physical layer.S9S12ZVLS3F0VFM includes Error Correcting Codes (ECCs) in RAM, Flash and EEPROM for diagnostics or data storage, has a fast and easy-to-use memory for diagnostics or data storage, and has a fast and efficient EEPROM.
