The LFE5U-12F-8TG144C ECP5 is an FPGA product that implements 12k LUTs and SERDES in a package with 2x more functional density than competing solutions. The simplified package pins make it easier to use existing low-cost PCB routing technologies and reduce the total cost of the system.

Compared to other FPGA solutions, the enhanced features of the ECP5 product family reduce total power consumption by 30%, including standby mode for SERDES, independent modules of dynamic I/O bank controllers, and lower operating voltage.

ECP5 supports up to 3.2 Gbps SERDES rates, and ECP5-5G supports up to 5 Gbps SERDES rates

The device has a dual channel module that provides up to 4 channels for higher granularity
