The BU97520AKV-ME2 is a 1/4 or 1/3 Duty general purpose LCD driver.The BU97520AKV-ME2 can directly drive up to 276 LCD segments.The BU97520AKV-ME2 can also control up to 6 General Purpose Output pins/6 PWM Output pins. These products also incorporate key scanning circuitry that accepts up to 30 key inputs to reduce printed circuit board wiring.
