The MPFS460TS-FCG1152I is a low-power SoC FPGA based on a core RISC-V CPU.

Description:

Built on the award-winning PolarFire FPGA architecture, PolarFire® SoC FPGas are the first SoC FPGas with deterministic, consistent RISC-V CPU clusters and deterministic L2 memory subsystems for Linux and real-time applications. The series uses 50% less power than comparable FPgas, has logic units ranging from 23k to 461k, and is equipped with a 12.7G transceiver.
