Overview

The Instinct MI300 is designed with Chiplet, has 13 small chips, is based on 3D stack, including 24 Zen4 CPU cores, while incorporating CDNA 3 and 8 HBM3 video memory stack, integrated 5nm and 6nm IP, and is based on a 3D stack. A total of 128GB of HBM3 video memory and 146 billion transistors are included.
