The KSZ9893RNXI is a highly integrated IEEE 802.3 compliant networking device that includes a Layer 2 + management Gigabit Ethernet switch, two 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX/1000BASE-T physical layer transceivers (PHY), and associated MAC units. And a MAC port with a configurable RGMII/MII/RMII interface for direct connection to the host processor/controller, another Ethernet switch, or Ethernet PHY transceiver.

Based on industry-leading Ethernet technology, the KSZ9893R has the ability to uninstall host processing and simplify the overall design:

• Non-blocking linear speed Ethernet switching architecture

• Full-function forwarding filtering control, including port-based ACL filtering

• Full VLAN and QoS support

• Traffic priority is queued and sorted with each port egress

• Support RSTP and MSTP spanning trees

• Supports IEEE 802.1X port authentication
