The SAMA7G54T-V/4HB is a high-performance embedded microprocessor (MPU) based on the Arm Cortex-A7 CPU operating at frequencies up to 1 GHz. It supports multiple types of memory such as 16-bit DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, with flexible 8-channel / 4-channel SPI, SD/eMMC, and 8-bit SLC/MLC NAND flash boot options.

The SAMA7G54 integrates a complete imaging and audio subsystem with a 12-bit parallel and/or MIPI-CSI2 camera interface that supports up to 8 megapixels and 720p@60 fps, up to 4 I2S, a SPDIF transmitter and receiver, and a 4-channel audio sampling rate converter.
