PM6110B-FEI -- Ethernet IC META-DX1: 1.2T Ethernet PHY (MACsec/FlexE)

The META-DX1 family of devices is a multi-purpose Ethernet MAC/PHY that supports rates from 1GE to 400GE. Each series has 48 high-speed SerDes, with PAM4 SerDes supporting capacities of up to 1.2 Tbps, 800 Gbps when configured for gearbox or 2:1 multiplexing applications, and NRZ SerDes supporting capacities of 600 Gbps.

These highly flexible devices support retiming (analog and PCS), forward and reverse gearboxes, industry-leading timestamp accuracy (for Class C/D PTP applications), interruptionless 2:1 multiplexing, cross-point functionality, and flexible I/O(for connecting a wide range of optical modules, Dacs, packet processors, and Ethernet switches).

Members of the META-DX1 family support MACsec for encryption and Flexible Ethernet (FlexE) for data center interconnect and service provider applications.
