ACFL-3161T-000E is a 10A peak, rail-to-rail output automotive R2CouplerTM gate drive optocoupler. The ACFL-3161T comes in a compact, surface-mountable SO-12 package for space-savings. It provides an isolation voltage of 5k VRMS between input and output channels.
