The LFCPNX-100-7CBG256A low-power general-purpose FPGA features 10G SerDes, support for LPDDR4 memory interfaces, and up to 100k logic cells for a wide range of applications in multiple markets. It is based on the Lattice Nexus FPGA platform with low-power 28 nm FD-SOl technology. It combines the extreme flexibility of FPGAs with the low power consumption and high reliability of FD-SOl technology (due to very low SER), and offers small form factor package options as well as 0.8 and 1.0 mm ball pitch package options.
