MSCDC100KK120D1PAG are SiC Schottky diodes with zero reverse recovery, zero forward recovery, temperature-independent switching behaviour, positive VF temperature coefficient, low stray inductance, and high efficiency converters. And excellent performance at high frequency operation, stable temperature characteristics, direct mounting to heat sink (isolated package), low case thermal resistance, RoHS compliant.
