The ACS70311LOKATN-010B5-C IC combines a Hall element with a BiCMOS integrated circuit to provide a fully monolithic linear current sensor IC. Sensitive to magnetic flux density orthogonal to the surface of the IC package, the output is an analogue voltage proportional to the current. Used in conjunction with a ferromagnetic core, it provides highly accurate current detection. Gain and offset drift with temperature are factory-provided by Allegro for solutions with ±1% sensitivity error and ±5 mV offset error.
