The A1363LKTTN-5-T Programmable Linear Hall Effect Current Sensor IC is designed to achieve high accuracy and resolution without compromising bandwidth. This goal is achieved through a new proprietary linear interpolation temperature compensation technique. The integrated EEPROM technology performs temperature compensation in the digital domain without sacrificing the analogue 120 kHz bandwidth, making the device ideally suited for HEV inverters, DC-DC converters and electric power steering (EPS) applications.
