PIC32MX150F128DT-I/ML have up to 50MHz/83 DMIPS and provide up to 512/64KB Flash/RAM options. 

The MCUs have a variety of features including SPI/I2S™, mTouch® capacitive touch sensing, and an enhanced Parallel Master Port (PMP).
