The IS25WP128F-RHLE Serial Flash Memory is a versatile storage solution with high flexibility and performance in a simplified pin-count package. The device is accessed via a four-wire SPI interface consisting of Serial Data In (SI), Serial Data Out (SO), Serial Clock (SCK), and Chip Enable (CE#) pins, which can also be configured for multiple inputs/outputs (see pinout). The device supports dual-channel and quad-channel I/O, as well as standard, dual-output, and quad-output SPI, with clock frequencies up to 166MHz and equivalent clock rates up to 664MHz (166MHz x 4), which corresponds to a data throughput of 83Mbytes/s. The IS25xP family of flash memories adds support for the DTR (Double Transfer Rate) command, which transfers addresses and reads data on both edges of the clock.
