The RM500QAEAA-M20-SGASA is a 5G sub-6GHz M.2 module measuring 52.0mm × 30.0mm × 2.3mm, compliant with 3GPP Release 15 specifications and optimised for industrial and commercial IoT and eMBB applications. It supports standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) modes with a maximum downlink rate of 2.5Gbps and a maximum uplink rate of 900Mbps.

The RM500QAEAA-M20-SGASA supports Qualcomm® IZat™ positioning technology Gen9C Lite (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou/Compass, Galileo, and QZSS), and the integrated GNSS receiver greatly simplifies product design, enabling faster and more accurate positioning capabilities. Rich Internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces, and extensive features (USB/PCIe drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1/10, Linux, Android) enable the series to serve a wide range of IoT applications, including commercial routers, home gateways, set-top boxes, industrial laptops, consumer laptops, industrial PDAs, video transmission, rugged tablets and digital signage.
