The Quectel RG520F series is a 5G Sub-6 GHz LGA package module designed specifically for IoT/ eMBB applications. The module uses 3GPP Rel-16 technology with a maximum downlink speed of 4.0Gbps and a maximum uplink speed of 900 Mbps. It supports 5G NSA and SA modes, backward compatible with 4G/ 3G, and supports network architectures such as Option 3x, 3a, 3, and Option 2. The module is compatible with the remote communication RG50xQ series module and the Cat 12 high-speed module EG512-EA pin-to-pin, which can meet customers' requirements for high speed, large capacity, low latency and high reliability.

The RG520F family consists of three variants: RG520F-NA, RG520F-EB, and RG520F-EU. This series of modules are industrial grade modules and are only suitable for industrial and commercial grade applications.
